MOVE is a boutique, spacious and contemporary Physiotherapy and Biokinetics practice situated in the heart of Ballito. We occupy a unique, open, bright and elevated studio space overlooking the rolling cane farms of the Dolphin coast.
What sets us apart is our special interest and experience in the assessment and management of musculoskeletal, sports and orthopaedic injuries across all age groups. Clients are comprehensively and collaboratively managed under the one roof by HPCSA-registered professionals throughout the course of their recovery and rehabilitation. There is no need to go elsewhere to transition from Physio to Bio, it’s all under the one roof. And we like to talk to each other!
Our mission is to offer exceptional value in an often cold, dismissive and frustrating healthcare system. It is important for us that we develop our clients’ understanding and their control of their presenting complaint in order to guide and restore their health, wellbeing and eventual return to activity. Under our best-practice model, all stakeholders receive only evidence-based assessment and interventions to save you time and money. No fluff.
We know how important it is for you to regain your health as quickly as possible and in line with your own goals. With our staff being active across a wide range of sports, MOVE is the ideal place to get ‘back on the park’ as quickly as possible.
